Agreement

By using Pooli you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Pooli provides payment links and on-chain verification tools. Pooli is non-custodial: you are responsible for wallet addresses you provide and for complying with laws that apply to your sales.

Payments

Buyers send USDT to addresses you control. Pooli does not guarantee blockchain or RPC uptime. Mismatched payments may enter review states; Pooli does not silently accept wrong amounts.

Acceptable use

Do not use Pooli for illegal goods, fraud, money laundering, or abuse of rate-limited endpoints. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Limitation of liability

Pooli is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. This section is a plain-language summary and must be reviewed by counsel.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
